General questions about InsurCEOFAQs
What InsurCEO is, which insurance lines we manage, and how we work as a brokerage specialised in businesses.
InsurCEO is an insurance brokerage for businesses, authorised by the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds (DGSFP). We work with companies that need to manage risks tied to their professional activity, corporate governance, corporate transactions or digital exposure, combining expert judgement with our own technology platform.
We do not work with individuals or outside Spain: our knowledge is built around Spanish businesses and the risks specific to them.
InsurCEO manages six insurance lines for businesses: Professional Indemnity, D&O, Cyber, Commercial Premises Insurance, Flexible Benefits and W&I.
- Professional Indemnity — for companies and professionals who take on projects and answer to third parties for their activity.
- D&O (Directors & Officers Liability) — for boards and management teams that need to manage the liability tied to their decisions.
- Cyber — for companies whose activity depends on systems, data and technology providers.
- Commercial Premises Insurance — for businesses that need to protect their premises, contents and activity against unforeseen events.
- Flexible Benefits — for companies structuring their benefits and social protection offering for their team.
- W&I (Warranties & Indemnities) — for company sale and purchase transactions, covering the representations and warranties agreed between buyer and seller.
Each line responds to a different business situation. If you're not sure which one fits your case, the usual approach is to start by telling us what's happening in your company, not by picking a product.
Because you can combine two ways of working that are usually offered separately: digital agility and specialised advice. You can move forward online when the insurance is straightforward, and rely on our team when you need to compare alternatives, interpret terms, adjust limits, request changes or resolve an issue.
No. We work with SMEs and growing companies, and much of our know-how is built precisely for that stage: when a company starts signing more demanding contracts, expanding its board, depending more on its systems, or professionalising how it manages people — and risk management stops being something handled on an ad hoc basis.
No. The platform is an important part of how we work, but it doesn't replace the team. Technology lets us simplify processes and centralise information; people step in when insurance judgement, advice or management is needed.
No. Sound insurance management can be part of the response to a risk, but it never replaces legal or tax advice, or the internal management measures your company already has or needs to put in place. Our role is to help you understand which risks are relevant and decide with judgement, not to replace the rest of your advisory team.
The combination of expert knowledge in specific lines — professional, D&O, cyber, W&I/M&A, employee benefits — with our own platform that streamlines and speeds up the process. That doesn't change the substance of the work: understanding your company, assessing what's relevant and supporting you in the decision. What changes is how much of that process can be resolved with technology and how much still needs a specialist's judgement.
At InsurCEO we handle your data securely, responsibly and in line with current data protection regulations. We apply technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, alteration, misuse or unauthorised access. You can find full details in our Privacy Policy, as well as in our Legal Notice and Cookie Policy.
The price depends on the product, the risk and the insurer that ultimately underwrites the policy; we don't start from a single price or use a discount as a selling point. What we can do from the first contact is explain clearly what you're paying for and why.
No. We work with several specialised insurers, which lets us compare alternatives instead of offering you a single option. Online quoting, specifically, is connected today with some of those insurers depending on the product; for the rest, comparison and contracting are handled with support from our team.
You can currently get an online quote for Cyber, D&O, Professional Indemnity, Collective-Agreement Accident Insurance and Commercial Premises.
For other lines, such as W&I, you can fill in a questionnaire to give us information about your transaction, but the assessment is carried out directly by one of our specialists. For the rest of our products, the next step is to contact our team so we can look at your case.
Yes. You can speak to our team before taking out a policy, throughout its term, and whenever you have a claim or a matter that needs attention. Our goal isn't to replace advice with technology, but to use technology so that insurance is faster and we can spend more time on what actually adds value.
Contact our team. In business insurance, it's normal for situations to come up that don't fit a generic answer. The more specific the risk or the need, the more important it is to review your particular case before making a decision.
You can contact InsurCEO by email at info@insurceo.com or by phone at 697 43 07 30. If you're already a client, please mention the company, policy or reference related to your query whenever possible, so we can identify your case more quickly.
