Detailed Information
- FOR WHOM?
This insurance is aimed at both companies, whatever their size, and the self-employed.
All your business vehicles can be insured together, without giving up the most comprehensive coverage(Passenger cars, vans or heavy vehicles, among others). A minimum of 5 vehicles will be considered as a fleet.
- WHY?
Its objective is to have all the vehicles insured under the same policy, thus facilitating fleet management.
- COVERAGES
Compulsory Third Party Liability
Covers bodily injury and property damage caused to third parties in a traffic accident for which the insured vehicle is at fault. This coverage is required by law for any vehicle driven on public roads and guarantees payment of compensation for injury to people and damage to their property.
Voluntary Third Party Liability
Supplements Compulsory Third Party Liability with additional coverage for damages above the legal limits. It provides greater protection against third-party claims, ensuring that even the most serious damages are covered without putting the company's assets at risk.
Defense and Claims
Covers the legal and court costs needed to defend the insured's interests after an accident. This coverage includes defense in court and pursuing damages on the insured's behalf, so legal costs don't become an additional financial burden.
Driver's Personal Accident
Covers bodily injuries suffered by the driver of the insured vehicle in an accident, including benefits for death or permanent disability. This coverage is designed to protect the fleet's main driver and provide financial support in the event of serious injury.
- REAL CASE?
An employee of your company drives one of the cars included in the fleet and when he was going to visit a client to present him with the latest product news, he collides with a parked vehicle, damaging the door on the right side.
In this case, the damage caused is covered thanks to the civil liability coverage of the contracted policy.
