ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ASSISTANT AND CONNECTOR

INSURCEO makes available to users a conversational assistant accessible through connectors for compatible artificial intelligence assistants (such as Claude, by Anthropic), which allows an insurance quote to be requested through a natural-language conversation.

Through this channel, only the data that the user voluntarily provides during the conversation is processed, for the purpose of producing the requested quote: the company's activity, its identifying data (including the Tax ID and the data associated with it), the billing and activity data required, and the contact data (name, email address and phone number). The purpose of the processing and the user's rights are the same as those described in this policy for the website quotation form, with INSURNET S.L. acting as data controller.

Legal basis: the processing of the data to produce the quote and handle the request is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); on that same basis it is communicated to the insurance companies, as necessary to obtain the quote. Compliance with applicable legal obligations (insurance distribution regulations and tax and accounting obligations) is based on Art. 6.1.c GDPR. The sending of commercial communications, where the user authorizes it, is based on their consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time.

The data provided through the connector is processed in INSURNET S.L.'s systems and disclosed to the relevant insurance companies for the sole purpose of producing the quote, on the same terms as the form on this website.

AI assistant and international transfers: the quotation through the connector takes place via third-party artificial intelligence assistants (such as Claude, by Anthropic, PBC), which act solely as the conversation channel and may process that conversation on servers located outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. These providers have safeguards in place for international transfers: Anthropic is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and additionally applies the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). INSURNET S.L. does not control the processing that the assistant's provider carries out in its own systems and recommends consulting its privacy policy; the processing that INSURNET S.L. performs to produce the quote, communicate it to the insurers and manage the relationship takes place within the European Economic Area.

Retention: the data provided through the connector will be retained while the quotation request is being handled and, if it does not result in a contract, for a maximum of 12 months from the last interaction, after which it will be deleted or blocked. If the insurance is purchased, it will be retained for the duration of the policy and, once terminated, duly blocked, for the statutory limitation periods (in particular, 6 years under the Commercial Code and 4 years for tax purposes), after which it will be deleted.
