INSURNET S.L. provides advice based on principles of independence from insurance companies, as well as objective and personalized analysis to its clients, always seeking the coverage that best suits their needs according to the requirements they present.
DATA PROTECTION POLICY DATA COLLECTION
Through this website http://www.insurceo.com/, INSURNET, S.L.. collects the data of the insurance brokerage represented by the User appropriately, relevantly, and not excessively for a specific, explicit, and legitimate purpose, so under no circumstances will fraudulent, unfair, or illegal means be used.
In this regard, INSURNET S.L. guarantees compliance with legal regulations.
INSURNET S.L. reserves the right to modify its data protection policy at any time, in order to adapt to legislative changes and comply with them, announcing on its website the changes made with sufficient notice before such changes take effect.
DATA COLLECTION, PROCESSING, AND PURPOSE
The user declares that the data provided on this website are truthful and consents to their processing, whether automated or manual.
The data collected through the data collection forms on the website or other means will be incorporated into a personal data processing for which INSURNET S.L. is responsible.
The user's data, if any, are extracted from the information deposited at Informa D&B S.A.U. (S.M.E.), where the user can exercise their right to object to the processing of their personal data for professional purposes, among other rights, at the email address clientes@informa.es
This entity will treat the data confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of providing the requested services, with all the legal and security guarantees imposed by the GDPR EU 2016/679, and the Spanish Legislation LOPD 3/2018 of December 5.
INSURNET S.L. will transfer this data to insurance companies in order to offer insurance quotes, and these companies may have access to the data for as long as necessary. Once they are no longer needed, the insurance project will be deleted, and therefore, the personal data.
Categories of personal data obtained:
- Identifying: Company name, NIF/CIF, address, email, phone, electronic signature...
- Judicial and administrative: Claims, sanctions, judicial procedures...
- Economic, financial, and insurance: Invoicing, banking data, economic activity data...
If the user provides data of third-party individuals, they must inform them, prior to communication, of the aspects contained in this privacy policy.
INSURNET S.L. may make telephone calls, which may be recorded or monitored, to the contact number provided by the user to provide support and assistance in the hiring process, as well as to conduct analyses or studies and promote and offer its own or third-party products. Additionally, once the policy is issued, it will be administered and managed, including claims management.
The process followed by the system is as follows: collection of personal data through a form that the user must fill out, providing the necessary identification data to proceed with the issuance of the policy once they have accepted the terms and conditions. When the user accepts the premium, which will be automatically offered based on the responses obtained, they enter the necessary banking data for payment and confirm the purchase, the policy will be issued with the effective date indicated by the user. Once the policy is purchased, the coverage of the claim will be governed by the conditions and exclusions established therein.
In this automated process, where the user has given explicit consent to use their personal data, their rights and freedoms will be preserved by applying appropriate safeguards. In any case, the user will also have the right to obtain human intervention.
ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OPPOSITION RIGHTS
INSURNET S.L. informs you of the existence of a file where the data provided by the client are stored for the purposes expressed in the previous section, complying with all legal obligations as established in personal data legislation.
In relation to this file, the user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, of this data in writing.
To do so, they must send a written and signed request to INSURNET S.L. at Insurnet Barcelona Rambla Catalunya 86 -1º 08008 – Barcelona, and Insurnet Palma de Mallorca C/ Porto Pi 8, 10th B, 07015 – Palma de Mallorca.
Regarding the consent that the client must provide, it must be granted unequivocally, and may be revoked at any time.
SECURITY MEASURES
INSURNET has adopted the security measures legally required, establishing the necessary technical and organizational means and measures to prevent alteration, loss, misuse, treatment, unauthorized access, or theft, taking into account the state of the technology. However, it should be noted that the measures on the Internet, due to its nature and global character, are not impregnable.
