FOR WHOM?

Aimed at those companies that want to be covered for non-contractual liability that they may incur under articles 1902 and following of the Civil Code.

WHY?

The Insurer will assume, within the limits agreed in the policy, the pecuniary consequences derived from the claims due to material damages, personal damages and patrimonial damages derived from said damages, caused involuntarily to third parties and compromising the non-contractual civil liability of the Insured in the exercise of of the professional activities declared by the insured company.
